Been thinking about who will get TIME's man of the year....
...the obvious choice is Trump, but I'm thinking they are trying to come up with some way to not give it to him. So now that Castro croaked, I wonder if they'll give it to him because you know the commie TIME staff idolized the old dictator.
If not Castro, then I could see them doing another cop-out like "the American voter" sort of like in 2006 when they gave it to "you" rather than GW Bush (who was the obvious choice that year).

The ultimate LWNJ play would be to give it to Putin for "rigging the election" and creating "fake news"

My money is on "Immigrants"
No way they make it Trump, so you have to figure out who they will pander to and they already did protesters.

Looks like the only thing 1984 got wrong was the date.

Rise of the alt-right! I love how the left likes to lie that racism is part of the right and Republican party, shows their ignorance of history.

Donald Trump is a stupid man's idea of a smart man, a poor man's idea of a rich man, and a weak man's idea of a strong man.

Exactly. The media and the current Preezy have done zilch to unify anyone.......and Hillary.....all you have to do is go back to her deplorables and irredeemable comments. That's more divisive than anything said during the election and that mook Mook agreed.awesome guy wrote:Divided states? We're no more divided now than when Oblahblah won.HooFighter wrote:

We were just as divided under Bush. And that's mostly from the left being petulant asshats that just mock and ridicule their opposition so no real debate happens anymore. The Alinsky debate model has taken over all of politics.

I was living in Utah when Obama got elected. That didn't seem to cause the uproar that Chump/Shillary has in general. That's a very red state but Utah republicans didn't at least seem to feel as much hate towards Obama as the two sides feel today. Purely anecdotal.
