Bad grammer? name calling? using a high interest credit card?
why is this board relatively calm while old UWS was at times vitriolic?
Is it the lack of Diggity, Chuck4, cakes, and Houtex?

Re: So what would it take for me to piss you off on this boa
I think so. I think it's also the perfect intersection of events like FloHo's love movement and moving to a new address. So move to a new board and leave the old baggage behind. I'm using it as an opportunity to bury the hatchet with my former enemies and start anew. I think some others are in a similar mindset, so working to make this a better place. Not having the trolls or trolling also helps. My forgiveness is for the trolls too, I just ask that they stop trolling if they come over. New UWS definitely has a more laid back vibe. I like it a lot.

Awesome and I are a good example that it can work. We were downright nasty to each other. I'm not proud of it but I asked him for his forgiveness, he gave it, and it is, indeed, good. It can be done! I'm really enjoying this forum.

I think we're like a group of commercial plane crash survivors. We've put away our differences for the moment in the interest of survival. Eventually, we're gonna run out food though....then things get ugly.Homebrew wrote:Bad grammer? name calling? using a high interest credit card?

I don't usually get pissed off at individual posters on message boards. Irritated maybe. I remember getting quite irritated at Beached over the Romney Tax Returns because he refused to acknowledge that tax return information is extremely confidential and nobody has a right to DEMAND to see any candidate's tax returns if said candidate doesn't feel compelled to release them. If you're so convinced a candidate is dirty then don't vote for them. You don't need to see their tax returns.
I don't care if you're a Democrat or a Republican... if you refuse to consider alternatives to the two parties, you support the Status Quo and you are a major part of the problem.
I'm generally in agreement
Hardly anything written on an internet message board by strangers should ever upset anyone. That's why I find it hilarious that oakton is about to almost single-handedly kill off the Soapbox.

With their Cap’n and Chief Intelligence Officer having deserted them, River, Ham and Joe valiantly continue their whataboutismistic last stand of the DJT apology tour.

All I'm gonna say is the picture you posted from the stoop in Bal'mer looks like something I could've seen on Facebook once or twice. Just sayin. LOLHomebrew wrote:I am Bruce Willis to AH04's Samuel L Jackson; he's brittle, I'm unbreakable.
