The only two problems I see...
are that they prepared the food themselves and most cities require some sort of license to operate such "soup kitchens". I think Raleigh was only trying to protect themselves from legal liability in case the prepared food made a homeless/poor person sick and then said homeless/poor person sued the city for allowing them to operate on public ground.Florida Hokie wrote:Visit your City Council if so.
