I'm guessing she made more than one point during that interview.

I know a judge in NYC has ruled that being topless is legal, and I really don't have a problem with that. But there's a such thing as decorum. When have you ever seen a male reporter announce, in the middle of an interview with a politician, that "it's hot in here" as he unbuttoned his shirt and took it off? There are just certain situations where just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Walking down the street? Playing frisbee in the Park? Knock yourself out!

Eating in a restaurant? Doing your job (athletic events exempted) at which you claim to be a professional? Keep your shirt on!
I don't care if you're a Democrat or a Republican... if you refuse to consider alternatives to the two parties, you support the Status Quo and you are a major part of the problem.

Could have been a chick working the camera, then it's back to just one point! Maybe that's why the mayor didn't want to get up? I like how she had a feather pen too, looking like a stripper.

She was ridiculous and made a fool of herself IMO. CPA has it right. I have never been in a meeting where some announced they were uncomfortable and stripped off one of the primary articles of clothing. I was at a public meeting once where a member of the public stripped while he was giving his comments on a weapons program. He had his shirt off and pants around his ankles before security grabbed a glove and got in the game. The guy was attempting to show us his surgery scars from what he was trying to state was necessary cancer surgery resulting from the governments test program.
