Hillary!-> is roundly loathed by all...even the leftists(which is the ONLY reason for the Bernie phenomenon). She's just not likable enough to win. America likes to like their candidates. Trump is pulling non Rs, fed up w ststus quo. Read the Noonan piece I linked. It is fair. I sure don't want "the Donald" but media creations are tough to beat (see Obama). Trump supports a lot of lefty stuff...healthcare, etc. Libs should be happy w Trump, except for the threat he represents to their delicate PC sensibilities.

None of them are any good. And none of them can make any sweeping changes that have massive effects, at least not by themselves. The system of course is rigged. It probably is going to go to a brokered convention and Trump will be out. I saw an article the other night saying that Paul Ryan or Romney could get back. Maybe it will be Rubio. I don't know. Either of these three would beat Hillary. If it's Trump, it won't happen. You can't do what he is doing and survive. Talking about Hillary Clinton's bathroom breaks? It's childish and something that a presidential candidate can't do. I won't vote, because it won't make a difference. It's tweedle dee or tweedle dum. The direction is always the same, no matter who is elected. One side forces you to pay for others healthcare and continues to divide the country into smaller competing groups. The other side spends pretends that they are thrifty with taxpayer money, all the while spending like a gold digger on a shopping spree. No President can stop this.

We are pretty much done for as a society. Truth doesn't matter to anyone trying to gain or keep power.

Say what you want about Trump IP, but he plays a lot more to the middle class than Hilary. In Trump's world, a guy with a HS education gets a job in a factory and isn't worried about his job going to Mexico, India or Vietnam. He gets a lot closer to a 1950s existence.

In Hilary's world, the same guy stays in college until he is 30, and accumulates three degrees in Liberal Arts. She got him a free undergrad degree, which didn't lead to any job prospects, so he borrowed to get two more. Now he has a $1000/loan payment that consumes all of his free cash flow from his meager job as a social worker. He can't buy a house until his parents die and leave him some money. Thus, he never feels he can afford to have kids, and eventually that window closes.
