"everyone goes to college" is a mentality installed in you millennials. Back in the day, they knew they were stripping to make money and because they had daddy issues. There was no delusion of being college material as colleges wouldn't take anyone. There wasn't even a pretext of lofty goals as everyone knew someone saying such a thing was bull crap. But now, it's believable that they need 100k for their Women's Studies degree so they can give up $600 a night to get $10/hour as a barista.

$3k a month is an interesting number. A lot of Ferrari salesman are bumming as this is cutting them out. Why the buy the car if you can directly buy the thing you wanted the car to get you.

We live in crazy times.

I'm shocked anyone is surprised the worlds oldest profession still exists. For what it's worth, The Economist covered this about 6 months ago.

My hedge fund friends tell me it's $10K a month in San Fransisco for a first rate concubine, with the understanding that there is exclusivity in the deal. Not a bad deal as you can trade her in every few months. :)

You think that's the odd part about the story?
