I'm not sure what the victory for McAuliffe is? Nothing has changed from the way it was originally.

If anything the biggest loser is Attorney General Mark R. Herring who just got thrown under the bus by McAuliffe while it was heading up I-95 at 75MPH.

The Governor lost, big time. If only MD had a strong General Assembly that stood up for constitutional rights like this.

Also, new Bill in VA legislature will provide complete reciprocity with all states that have CCW permits.

That, is amazing.
