Walker is no stranger to law enforcement. His son, Rashaad Jr., was murdered five years ago by a bullet meant for Walker Sr. The 20-month-old baby's killer, Saquan Evans, is serving a 40-year-to-life prison sentence.
Authorities said then Walker was a member of the 110 gang and Evans was a member of rival Bricktown gang. After his son's murder, when asked if he had anything to say to Evans, Walker replied: "Missed me."
