it's going to be impossible for Clinton to say she never ordered anyone to do any such thing when the very existence of the Clinton email server shows otherwise, not to mention the emails of her telling staffers to striper headers off documents and fax them to an unsecure Clinton fax machine. She'll still have the LIV Hoof and absolute vote through this.
