What a cluster.

1. Drunk man loses hotel key.
2. Hotel gives him key to wrong room.
3. Man gets in bed with who he thought was his lady friend.
4. Turns out to be a 9yo girl.
5. Police called.
6. Lawsuit.

Hotel gives him key to wrong room and, what? He just happens to go to the correct wrong room? He had to have given the front desk the wrong room number, in which case, it's HIS FAULT!

So the hotel has no duty to ensure that someone asking for a key to a room is staying in that room? Just because the drunk guy was at fault doesn't meant the hotel wasn't at fault too.
