$10,000,000 - $20,000,000 - more?
Will they accept a down payment and periodic schedule of payments?
Maybe an initial payment with balloon due after election?

I think they're struggling to find someone that could get a security clearance and communicate with the military. It would be great if they got John Kerry to march out there, saluting, and being "ready to serve".
