So is anyone going to bet on the Mayweather/McCregor fight?

Post by HokieJoe »

I never bet because I usually don't care enough to study the field. But there's something about this fight. I don't think McCregor has a chance, but he hits like a truck, so he has a punchers chance.

I don't gamble, but the opposite of whatever nolan says is a #lock is easy money.

Seriously though, I'm not sure why anyone thinks MacGregor has a remote chance of winninga boxing match.

McGregor has no chance.

This is the plot to that Samuel L. Jackson boxing movie in the 90s.

People actually care about boxing these days? I thought that died out 30 years ago

Seems like we've entered the Evel Knievel phase of the sport. LOL.

They are going to tell Mayweather to not knock him out for a few rounds so that people don't feel as ripped off.

He may not. Mayweather is a helluva boxer, and his defensive skills will likely cause McCregor to become impatient. That would be a big mistake. I'm always reminded of how cagey B-Hop was even at 49 years of age. McCregor is a great athlete in his prime, but he's a c-list boxer. He's a good boxer by MMA standards. I still might lay some play money down on McCregor though. Look at the lines!

You'd piss off CFB if you played it any other way. Negative money line!
