I don't. Check out this article (or don't if you don't like giving clicks to a left-leaning "comedy" website). It's #1 on the list. In summary, it is apparently very common for American college students to pay foreigners to write their papers. I have to assume the culprits are likely liberal arts majors, since papers are usually a bigger part of their grade than for STEM majors. This kind of cheating would have been much more difficult to pull off for those of us who went to college on the pre or early internet days. And I imagine more than a few high school students partake as well. So it's not just our imagination that today's college students seem less educated.
