If I were black, I'd welcome this. It's a sad fact that walking past a black or hispanic person on a campus, there could be doubt as to whether they're there on their own merits, or because a bar was lowered for them. That's a terrible thing, and it does a disservice to the people who belong there.

Funding for ethnic and women's studies programs should be shut down as well. They're worthless endeavors which provide fake degrees so that Universities can collect more tuition. They're a breeding ground for Marxist agitators whose only hope of employment relies on the same academic cesspools they graduated from; or various groups which rely on endowment or grant money.
