The liberals want as many surgeries done as possible as that creates maximum number of public assistance citizens for life. In the old days British odd fellows would keep a stiff upper lip and steal their wives pantyhose and frolic with one another in private, eventually blowing their brains out at age 60. Now they will go under the knife early to ensure they spend their lives in a "council flat". As many people must be dependent on the govt as possible.
