Terrible situation. They'll survive in the near term, but they're going to need a lot of money to fix this and they've already defaulted on so much. It's going to be a mess.

its a big ol mess and there is only so much that can be done considering geography and logistics and what happened the month before PR got whacked
All the carribean got whacked and it will be years before the area recovers
