If you weigh over 200 lbs. no gov't supported surgery for your fat ass.

With their Cap’n and Chief Intelligence Officer having deserted them, River, Ham and Joe valiantly continue their whataboutismistic last stand of the DJT apology tour.

It is a slippery slope though, do they withhold surgery and care for people that drink in excess or sky dive or do other dangerous activities. Do you withhold for people that drive recklessly? I see the reason it is done and agree smokers should quit and fat folks should lose weight but the slippery slope is the issue. Of course this is easy to do in single payer systems like the UK has, the other issue is the UK system is already a big mess due to the wait times and issues with getting timely treatments, thanks to national health care

Government run healthcare is not about healthcare. It is about government power.

Power to control everything. What you eat, how much you exercise, how much you weigh, what your activities are.

Have been saying this for years. Once the government can make the claim that we are all in this together, and what you do affects others, the government owns you.

Lock stock and barrel.

Everything is done for the good of the collective. And the Politburo who control it.

It's not about healthcare…

Lemme guess... you are STILL a HUGE advocate for the government paying for condoms, IUDs, day after abortion pills, tampons, birth control pills, cramp medicine, etc? Yes, thought so.

Yep, control/take the guns, paint the cops as murders and racists, open your border to illegal immigrants in the name of controlling their vote- and their families vote for life, control the healthcare, eliminate/marginalize religion, tolerate the burning and disrespect for the flag ..sounds a lot like... communism - and exactly where they want to go.
