The AAA rating is only because VA is "less broke" relative to other states. But broke is broke.

The rating is not relative to other states. The rating is indicative of the likelihood of default. AAA is the highest rating so factually it is not broke. Just more BS that you may choose to believe.

It’s a great place to live and the Dumbs running the state have been lucky because of the infusion of oil, fracking.......and pot. It’s funding all their favorite programs, but they are still clamoring for more. It’s the typical liberal issues......they’ve been building mass transit and it’s been a farce.

Virginia isn't broke. They are required by law to have a balanced budget. Recently they've been hit and miss with small deficits or small surpluses, the vagaries of projecting tax revenue. The problem is going to come with the Medicaid expansion, etc.
