Statue of marion berry. Really?

The nation's founders are no longer deserving of iconic status because the PC anti american left has applied 21st century morals to 18th century men.

Their statues must be torn down.

But a corrupt, crack smoking womanizing piece of human sewage needs a memorial. Because Dingle Berry was loud, angry and black.

Liberal blacks demand lower standards for their own behavior and relish in their self aggrandizement for minor achievements while ignoring their faults.

But, since DC is awash in cash and all their other problems have been solved, what the heck...

Will he be snorting coke off a prostitute's ass in memorial?

You can choose which word to replace.

I was just thinking that they should memorialize him on the city snowblowers. They just have to paint them black and put "b*tch set me up* on the side.

Awesome! He was the one that had the motor graders sitting in a blizzard because they didn't have the funds for oil filters, right?

Probably. DC government is such a shirt show its hard to keep track.

My favorite is the head of the DC DOT (DDOT) not sending out salt trucks because "salt doesn't work when it's below freezing". He actually said that during a radio interview.

Well depending on how much below 32°F it is he's right. If the temperatures were going to drop down to below the mid teens then many more problems are being created.

FTR Anchorage didn't use regular old salt but used Magnesium Chloride which works even well below 0°F.

My favorite DC Gov story was the semi that was hauling trash to Lorton back in the '90s (DC dumps all it's trash in FFX county..a lot of irony there) and the driver was stopped and arrested for drunk driving. The truck was not picked up so was inpounded. Took the city over two years to recover the truck and in the end they paid more in storage fees than the truck cost because it took so long to get the payment through their system that by the time they had a payment ready it was not enough to cover it...rinse....repeat.

Meanwhile, a DC Gov employee was embezzling hundreds of thousands by approving payments to her sister and cousin....so those controls were obviously very effective.

I found myself in Fargo one January for work. They just throw some sand on the road, and you drive on the snow. No big deal for them, though I’m sure some Virginians would be able to find a ditch.

Like Vermont. It doesn't melt so it doesn't get icy. Just drive on the packed snow.

Yep. A little situational awareness by IP would let him solve that riddle.

Why the slam on southerners? We can drive in yankee snow just like they can't drive on southern ice.

Virginia is progressing past being southern. Part of the new north.

I'd call it regression, but whatever. At least those native and living here understand that the south is broader than 1 state.
