Healthcare, welfare, food, scholarships, preferential college admission, Obamaphones, and so much more than legal working people can get. Where should it end? How much are you willing to give up?

California, flush with cash from an expanding economy, would eventually spend $1 billion a year to provide health care to immigrants living in the state illegally under a proposal.

The proposal, announced on Wednesday by Democratic lawmakers, would eliminate legal residency requirements in California's Medicaid program, known as Medi-Cal, as the state has already done for young people up to age 19.

It's part of $4.3 billion in new spending proposed by Assemblyman Phil Ting, a San Francisco Democrat who leads the budget committee.

Assembly Democrats also want to expand a tax credit for the working poor, boost preschool and child care, and increase college scholarships to reduce reliance on student loans.

They can pay for whatever they want to with their state tax dollars as long as the Feds don't count the illegals when doling out fed tax dollars.

I wonder at what point this country will become so divided that there will be two countries and where the borders will be located. Which states will be willing to be strictly conservative and which will be liberals and who will hold the purse strings as a United States of America? Will liberals be likely to migrate to the liberal only states and vice versa for the cons? Or will there still be a US of A? Pretty sure a liberal only country will be crushed under its own weight. Then what?

We can only hope that it happens before the left floods the country with 3rd world illegal aliens and takes the whole country down the toilet bowl. If I were to bet, I'd bet on the left destroying the country before we split into 2 countries.

It's Kalifornia...they will simply raise taxes - like they do every year. Illegals are important voters.. silicon valley workers taxes? meh..they can afford to pay for illegals welfare.
