Too bad. Reality is he's been ineffective for years and should have resigned long ago as an ineffective, inactive participant of Congress.

That’s unfortunate. While not PC, the health questions during the 2008 campaign were more than fair.

So he’ll “abstain.” Won’t have to support the president, doesn’t want his legacy to show total opposition to his own party.
