What confidential info has he leaked?

Didn't realize ethical behavior was limited to releasing information that was "confidential".
When that is the VERY exact nature of having a security clearance?
Reallly?
But it isn't.
Top secret it is indirectly. You're ethics make it a lot easier to pass the life-style.

No they don't. You really don't know what you're talking about. Mist people with a TS clearance have never taken a poly as it isn't required for all entities and functions. And most polys that are taken are not lifestyle polys. Tge sole purpose of a polygraph is to establish baseline data so that thru future exams it is readily apparent whether you are lying or not

Discretion has nothing to do with security clearances.

Just curious, how many clearances have you had? How many polygraphs have you taken?

This whole thing was basically a joke. Yes, there are top secret clearances without a poly. I don't know about most? The majority of people I know with top secret clearance work at the CIA. They all had a poly. Maybe it's not common at DOD for top secret? Next time I will write a dissertation about a mostly tic response.

The entire country is balkanizing. Lefty states are moving further to the left and Conservative states more to the right (though the delta has been mostly a shift to the left). It's only going to get worse.

Edit: I completely effed up my original post.

Yup. All the leftists destroy their states with debt and other #shithole policies and then move to the conservative ones with low taxes.....

I don’t think this ends well.....

Comparatively, the left extremists have clearly taken the needle further left than the right extremists have taken the right, to the right.

I keep reading all the time that "extremists have taken over both parties"... uhm, no, not in the way that that statement wants to convey. Leftists have indeed infiltrated the Republican Party, and moved it leftward. Outright communists have taken over the dem party and moved it radically leftward. Gone are the Hubert Humphreys and Tip ONeills... replaced by the Keith Ellison and Saul Alinskyites of the world

No one taken seriously on the right espouses KKK style nutjobbery. No one.

Keith Ellison was just the other day pimping ANTIFA books. Bernie Sanders was a serious candidate. No. There are no right wing public figures of similar weight.

The crazies have high jacked the dem party, and softer liberals highjacked the Republican Party.

This is unarguable.

He was a peak oil loon and couldn't comprehend that electric cars don't pay their road costs when it's financed via gas taxes. I had him categorized as a cowboy that was all hat. Lot's of talking and especially talking down while not being all that bright himself.

I'd say this is mostly true, with the exception of social conservatives. But, to your point, it's not so much that they're moving to the right...they've always been out there and the rest of the world is more socially tolerant.
From a fiscal standpoint, your point is spot on.

He's playing a word game that's obfuscating a good point. 40 years ago, it was common sense that a man doesn't get a pap smear. Now you're transphobic if you don't pap smear their natural or mutilated penis. He's calling that socially tolerant when it's really them taking a hard left and then rocketing over the moon.
