they still have to deal with NY guns laws. I don't think they're as insane as NYC laws, but likely crazy enough. I'm American and so don't think in terms of "being allowed" to do something. I do something by default and wait for some intervenor to try and tell me that I can't do what I'm going to do anyway. "Being allowed" to do something is how sheep and commies think.
