Chicago’s Hijab Billboard Campaign Seeks To Educate

A woman says that a driver tried to force her off the road, "spewing out words, like, 'go back to your country'". She created this billboard in response. I have two questions:
1. How did you hear what he was saying? Did you both have your windows rolled down? I don't drive around with my windows down, so if someone were shouting at me, I doubt I would hear them ... and if they tried to run me off the road, I don't think I would roll my windows down to start a conversation.
2. How is it even possible that there is bigotry in the North? Everyone knows that only Southerners are bigots. I can only assume that this driver was actually shouting a blessing.
