Then, down in the fifth paragraph: "The court's denial was expected, because the justices rarely accept appeals asking them to bypass the lower courts."

Uh huh. So basically, the appeal is going up the chain where eventually the Supreme Court will overturn the LWNJ ninth circuit, in what should be 9-0 ruling, but will probably be 7-2 (Ginsburg and Sotomayor dissenting).

I saw the same misleading headline on another source this morning, but most people won't read the actual words in the article

Good guess. Ended up being 5-4.

It's almost as if President Law and Order keeps doing things that are against the law.
