London homicide rate surpasses NYC for first time ever

Post by USN_Hokie »

Someone should tell them they have gun control, so this shouldn't be happening. As draconian as NYC gun laws are, guns are still far, far more accessible.

USN can pull up the stats but gun ownership across the country has increased at a high rate over the last decade.... which just so happens to coincide with a drop in some crimes

OK. I will patiently wait for the stats that show increased gun ownership in the 5 boroughs from anyone.

So now you're arguing that NYC isn't affected by lax gun laws outside the city/NY State?

This is an interesting and positive development, IP. Thank you for being open-minded.

I will patiently await evidence that gun regulations have loosened in the tri-state area from anyone.

You should tell Bloomturd, he thinks they're flowing in from your home state (which has, objectively, "loosened" regulations over the past 20-some odd years.

I think Virginia will do right with it's new leadership direction. Maryland is doing a good job.

Given that I've never voted for a socialist, I wouldn't consider myself a socialist, no.

Given that you probably think Obama was a socialist, I respect your right to disagree.
