Board update in progress

I know there's a lot that doesn't look right yet. I'm working on it. Unfortunately, the new version of the board is incompatible with the old version of php and the old version of the board is incompatible with the new version of php. So I couldn't just stand up the new board and get everything working while leaving the old one in place.

The default theme was putrid. This new one at least looks a bit better, so if nobody has any major objections, I will probably leave it this way. This one seems to be a huge improvement on mobile over what we had before.

I will be moving the URL back - this one was supposed to just be temporary while I set everything up ... of course, that didn't work.
