So many have taken the position "well, prosecute then" or "no convictions came out of this, so the tree falling in the woods was silent" which ignores the (conspiracy theory follows) FACT that our legal system is broken. There are (and have been) two sets of laws.

Roberts wasn't allowed into Trump's casino that night because she was too young, Pierre Delecto.

She said Giuffre (formerly Roberts), who was traveling with them, couldn't go into the Casino.

'She was underage. I did not know anything about how old you had to be to gamble legally. I just knew she could not get in because of an ID issue. So she and I did not gamble.'

The ended up walking around the casino because Giuffre either 'didn't have an ID or she was too young.'
