Two things: 1) I thought it was illegal to pass laws that target specific organizations. Isn't that what we learned during the ACORN scandal? Or maybe that's just on the federal level. 2) I thought non-profits were supposed to non-partisan? It's clear that the NAACP is FAR MORE partisan than DOTC.

This is just another step towards year zero for the communists.
