Gota say I'm pleasantly surprised at the decore. Looks like something I would expect at the Queen of England's pad, not a rapper.

Two things:
1. Poor Biggie, we knew not the hellish conditions he was living in (eye rolling applied here).
2. $725000 seems like a pretty good deal (but that could be California mentality talking).

The article suggested that it is NOT a good deal, as a similar property sold for much cheaper.

It's in a transitioning neighborhood - but is still close to Bed Stuy.
