Is the CEO easily replaceable? Can the company find someone that can have his same production at a lower cost? If the company could replace with CEO with someone as capable I'd like to think they would, since profit is their goal. That the CEO is able to command a high salary, because his specific skills are in high demand, doesn't mean low level employees also deserve higher pay, because they work physically harder.

Is the low level employee easily replaceable? Can they find someone else to do the job for the same cost?

Please try to interject reality into your answer, communists...like the reality that nearly anyone can perform this job that has a functioning brain level past 4th grade... what is a "fair" wage for that?
Whats a fair wage for someone sitting behind an executive desk having his low level employees doing all the heavy lifting and real work for the company? Whats a fair wage for a CEO who plays golf and goes vacationing more often than he actually works?

Face it, the 1% make way more than they deserve, so its only natural the other 99% are going to feel like we're being slighted. And we are. They CAN afford to provide health care and pay employees fair wages, but an extra 0 at the end of their bank account is more important than the society whom they make all their money off of.

Apparently he can measure executive-level value better than the companies. The market provides a method for everyone involved to have a vote on the salaries. They voted to pay CEOs more than fast food workers in many cases.

Yeah, playing golf and watching other people do work while you sit at a desk is extremely valuable. Definitely worth 10s of millions a year
Sword of Damocles, anyone?

The requirements for being a hamburger flipper are not being convicted of a serious felony and ??? The risks of a hamburger flipper are minor burns and a paycheck from the gov't if you get s-canned.

The requirement for being a CEO are normally decades of hard work, sacrifice, and expensive education. The risks of a CEO are financial ruin...or possibly jail time if you did something negligent.

You're delusional if you think most CEO's spend more time playing golf and going on vacation than they do working. And it's obvious you've had very little if any exposure to the executive side of business as you have no idea of what CEOs really do.

Again, it's not about the hours you work but the value you bring to the table.
