Book review: The Target, by david baldacci

If you like Baldacci, you'll like this one.

I've read a few of his books, I like him and I like this book. I don't read his books back to back, as the action tends to be similar.

The problem is north korea this time. The interesting thing us the NK agent who had been in an NK "camp" for the first several years of her life. Tough stuff. I assume Baldacci accurately reflected life in the camps, and it ain't pretty.

The novel takes kinda of an unusual turn, and a good one, when one of the main characters has to do battle with the klan. It has little to do with the general thread of the book, but it is good for developing one of the characters.

The two main characters are carry overs from previous books. That's ok, they are good. And you needn't have read any of the others to appreciate this one.

The climax was predictable, but that's ok.

Don't want to give too much away in case you're interested in reading it. It's good.
If you bend over backwards long enough,
eventually you'll fall down.
