yeah, that's good stuff. If you like fish like that, try eating a flathead catfish. Seriously, you won't even think it's a catfish. Same kind of deal, white and flaky meat with a mild flavor. And it's very forgiving for inexperienced cooks as it has a high moisture content, making it very difficult to over cook. It's some of the best table fare in the commonwealth.
