We are 6-1, and haven't lost a game we should have won. To me, this kind of 19-9 win is Beamerball. Maybe not flashy, but solid wins.
Not sure what we do about not having a running game. Seems like we can't beat a really good team with this issue, but I am enjoying the heck out of the season since the GT game especially.
Valencia, LT seems a lot more comfortable carrying the O on his back. That's what we need from a senior Qb.

I never really had the feeling that Pitt was a...
threat...but I sure would have traded a FG for a TD.
I only post using 100% recycled electrons.

We were 0-for-3 against Pitt in the Stinespring era and perfect against Pitt in the Loeffler era. I'll take it.Bay_area_Hokie wrote:We are 6-1, and haven't lost a game we should have won. To me, this kind of 19-9 win is Beamerball. Maybe not flashy, but solid wins.

The defense is as good as any in recent memory.
Logan Thomas has been very good. Needs to be more consistent. He can be joe Montana on one throw and hanna Montana on the next. He is carrying the load offensively. He has stepped up.
Running game is a bad joke. Is it blocking or the running backs? The handoffs seems clumsy to me. LT and the running backs not smooth imo on who will keep the ball.
Kalvin kline looks good. Did you hear the announcer say that he's "more than a nice pair of pants."
I like 6-1 with wins over nc, gt and pgh. That for all intents and purposes, leaves just Miami, unless we have a "James Madison moment."
Love the D.

If you bend over backwards long enough,
eventually you'll fall down.
