Both sides of the ball played great. It feels good when the offense can make something happen when they need to.

I think is great. He will end up being an incredible addition to the program.

That was awesome. Downtown was crazy but they handled perfectly.

Heller game and I learned something new just prior to the game.

Lou Holtz told Mark May that every team has a defense. :D

Anyone convinced during the last 4-5 minutes that we'd still find a way to blow it?

I do think Brewer is awesome. For years we'd see other programs generally in our situation get these pretty capable QBs, and always wished for one. I think we just might have someone like that now.

Combined with a Bud defense, it's something to check my typical Hokie football cynicism.

Maybe.

Before the game, I thought we had a good chance here.

I said I would bet on tech, although not a great deal.

But before we hoist the national championship trophy, remember that our running game is non-existent, and the Ohio State quarterback is terrible. Not to pee on our Christmas tree, but we have work to do.

I love the brewer kid. That last drive was wonderful. And the play calling, the coaches, the defense outstanding...

It does feel like it felt a few years ago, when we were good.

Wow, I surprised. He's one of most reliable detractors.
