Ballgame.

Football (of the American variety), Roundball, Parrises Squares, Fizzbin, Quidditch, and Calvinball. Sponsored by ESPN8 - the Ocho. If it's almost a sport, we've got it here.

And what resources? The UT women's programs bring in about the same revenue as all of ours. Our stadium doesn't hold six figures and traditionally our large donors are old money and engineers are notorious for being frugal.
Resources relative to other programs. For example, under no circumstance should Duke ever finish ahead of VT. Ever.

Having money doesn't equate to success.

Bama floundered for a while after Bear until they got a coach.

Texas went downhill despite having mega $$$$. (coaching past prime - sound familiar?)

WAY too much credit is given to $$$ these days.

duke has had a couple of good years, lets see if they are able to maintain as we did for so long. See a bunch of other programs that flash for a year or two and then go back to normal. It happens in college ball, 99.9% of teams ride a wave of good or bad, we just happened to have a very long up streak.... and so far a minimal down streak (no losing seasons yet, maybe this year but maybe we can pull it out)
