Predict VT's Record for Next Football Season

Post by BG Hokie »

OOC:

Sep. 7 Ohio St.
Sep. 12 Furman
Sep. 19 @ Purdue
Sep. 26 @ ECU

Home ACC games:
Duke
UNC
NC St.
Pitt

Away ACC games:
BC
UVA
Miami
GT

I predict an improved 8-4, 5-3 in ACC

I think we go 3-1 in OOC losing only to Ohio St. but surviving our other 3 games and then we go 5-3 in ACC, losing to Pitt, Miami, and BC.

Frankly, I think anything less would be a disappointment (though a 6-2 in conf record and a 2-2 OOC record would be solid too and may mean we win the Coastal) whereas anything better would be a pleasant surprise.

I going with 10-2, 7-1 ACC. Losses to OSU and either GT, Pitt or Miami. VT wins the ACC championship game.

It's going to be an very interesting off season- Beamer's health, QB battle, OL questions...lots of work in the offseason for the Hokies.

I'll go with 9-3. I am purchasing season tickets again. I lied before out of frustration. It's tough being the greatest Hokie fan in the world. I think we lose to OSU and two ACC teams. I think we could do better.

I am going with 9-3. I think we lose to OSU, Pitt, and either Miami or GT. Overall it will be a good year.

Sep. 7 Ohio St. - L
Sep. 12 Furman - W

Duke - L
UNC - W
NC St. - L
Pitt - W

Away ACC games:
BC - L
UVA - W
Miami - W (assumes Johnson goes pro)
GT - L

7-5 record. I also predict we have another rash of injuries and that FSU wins the ACC.

without Winston the Noles are a much different team, so I am betting klempson is in the acccg, not the noles. And we play them and get some revenge finally. Our team is loaded with talent right now and lots of experience from this year. We get back to normal IMO.

You are way off predicting losses with dookies and puppy pack, duke loses a ton from this year and nc state is good but we have better talent IMO. BC is always a tough game and I think da U's RB has already said he is going pro and da U has other big problems. GT is a tough game also but even with our issues this year we should have beaten them, I think we get them in 2015

That would be a horribly disappointing season. I think 9-3 is more likely than 7-5 but tend to think the best bet is still 8-4.
