Seems to largely render the second amendment moot.
And what is the definition of home? They didn't say outside the house. The home would seem to include your property. Where else or when else can they restrict gun possession and use? Not on thursdays and not on weekends after 7pm? Not in the kitchen or any room above the first floor?

I've been following this closely. There may be a better case coming next year. Hopefully we have a replacement for Kennedy at that time as well.
