I agree. But it isn't Obama's personality to do so. It IS Trumps, and it is a tool he uses somewhat effectively, if not always appropriately. It would be like taking "lecturing the unwashed" away from Obama.
How would you define effectively? He's certainly effective at keeping UWShis base giddy.

Obummer told putin to cut it out (the election meddling), and he bowed to everyone and allowed the fat nutjob in NK to get where we are today. So your point is useless as Obummer was to big of a wimp to trash talk anyone
